Hello everyone. Yet again it has been an age since we have had time to update our site but finally I am biting the bullet and getting it done. In brief 2007 has been a challenging year for us in that I have been battling with injury after injury which has impacted on our competitive career greatly. However we are on the come back and hope to do well at the UK Open Championships in Bournemouth at the end of January.

 

Hanna and I continue to travel around the country performing our Latin Emotion Cabaret show which appears to be received very well. I have been working very hard on developing our new “Hilton Dance Fiesta Weekends”. Which are now more Latin American themed and aimed at absolute beginners! The aim of these weekends is create a young trendy and friendly atmosphere where people feel relaxed to learn how to dance and meet new friends. We have invited world renown Salsa performers and teachers Marchant Birch and Davina to teach our salsa classes and perform at the Saturday night Salsa Party. They are a lovely young couple with a lot of talent and energy. The Salsa Party will feature a live Salsa Band and DJ to cater for all tastes. On Sunday morning we will be teaching beginner ballroom classes for those who cannot resist the class and elegance of Waltz and Social Foxtrot.  For more information and to book please visit www.hilton.co.uk/dancefiesta

 

Hanna and I are looking forward to our Asian Open Tour at the end of February which will start in Tokyo then go onto Nagoya followed by Seoul and finish off in Macau. It is here we have to cut our comp tour short and fly back to Finland for a show.
